To reduce your carbon footprint, we encourage you to take public transport to get to the fair venues.
The Jewellery & Gem ASIA Hong Kong is held at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre which is located in the Wan Chai district of the Hong Kong Island. You can easily go to the venue by using the public transportation system:
Mass Transit Railway (MTR)
MTR is a fast, efficient and clean underground rail service running through the urban areas of Hong Kong. You can walk from the Wan Chai MTR station (Exit A-1) to HKCEC through the footbridges within 15 minutes or simply take a five-minute walk from the NEW Exhibition Centre Station!

The new Exhibition Centre Station makes it even more convenient to visit JGA!
The recent launch of the MTR East Rail Line Cross-Harbour Extension with the new Exhibition Centre Station has also made it even more convenient for jewellery lovers to visit JGA. A trip between Hung Hom and the Exhibition Centre Station takes only 5 minutes! What’s more, the bus terminus at the new station has 18 routes connecting various districts in Hong Kong. Jewellery lovers on their way to JGA via the Exhibition Centre Station must not forget to take selfies at one of Hong Kong’s newest Instagram-worthy spots!

Airport Express
Airport Express is the fastest train service connecting Hong Kong International Airport and Hong Kong downtown. To reach Wan Chai MTR Station, you can take the Airport Express from the Airport Station to Hong Kong Station, interchange there to take the Island line to Wan Chai Station.

Hong Kong Station (Interchange to the Island Line) –> Central Station –> Wan Chai Station (Exit A-1)

For long-staying visitors, it is more convenient to use an Octopus card for various public transportations. Octopus card is a store-valued card, a substitute for cash and coins, which is widely used by all major public transportation in Hong Kong. Please click here for detailed Octopus information
Taxis
There are plenty of taxis readily available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Lantau Island. All taxis have meters so no negotiation is necessary. It takes about 40 minutes to travel from the airport to the venue while the fare costs around HK$400.
Star Ferry
The Wanchai Star Ferry Pier is just next to the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. There are one star ferry lines connecting Kowloon and Wan Chai:
Tsim Sha Tsui – Wan Chai [Fare: HK$5 (Mon- Fri), HK$6.5 (Sat, Sun and Public holidays). Frequency: 8 – 20 minutes]
