Important notes - Renewal

- For Jewellery Trade Buyer only, please present "required documents" at the onsite Trade Buyer ID service centre. The appointment will be cancelled if you cannot present the required documents.

- Each visitor is limited to book 1 session. (If booking more than 1 session, the latest submission will be taken)

- Please arrive the Trade Buyer ID Service Centre on time. The reservation will be cancelled if the applicant does not arrive within 10 minutes of the reservation time.

- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse the application to visitor failure to comply with above requirement

 

Required Documents

1. Your expired Trade Buyer ID

*if you lost your card, please bring another 2 documents below to Trade Buyer ID Service Centre for the replacement.The replacement card fee of HK$50 will be applied.
2. Your Business card of Jewellery/ Fashion Jewellery/ Accessories Trade#

3. Your HKID/ EEP/ National Passport
● Hong Kong region visitors: Hong Kong Identity Card
● Mainland China visitors: Exit-Entry Permit for traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macau
● Overseas / Other regions' visitors: National Passport

# An original is required. Any handwritten amendments on business card or photocopy version is not accepted. The Organiser reserves the right to request for the originals of business credentials as the proof of your business affiliation with the industry.
